Who We Serve
A small number of households, known well.
Our clients rarely fit a single category. What they share is a household complex enough that coverage needs to be designed rather than simply purchased. These are the situations we see most often.
A-201.1
Waterfront homeowners
Homes on the ocean, a bay, the Intracoastal, or a lake or river carry their own set of questions: windstorm and flood together, docks and seawalls, boat lifts and the vessels on them, and how a single named storm would be handled across several policies.
Conversations often cover
- Hurricane deductibles and what they would cost in practice
- Primary and excess flood, elevation, and lower-level contents
- Coverage for docks, seawalls, and other structures
- Watercraft liability and its connection to the umbrella

Estate and multi-residence owners
Families with a primary residence, a second home, and perhaps property in another state often hold policies with several insurers, renewed at different times with different limits. Bringing them into a coordinated program can make claims simpler and close gaps in liability between homes.
Conversations often cover
- Accurate replacement-cost valuation for each property
- Seasonal occupancy, vacancy provisions, and home monitoring
- Guest houses, staff quarters, and outbuildings
- Homes held in trusts or LLCs, and naming the right insureds

Collectors
Fine art, jewelry, watches, wine, and other collections need more than the special limits of a homeowners policy. They need agreed values, careful documentation, and a plan for transit, loans, and storm season.
Conversations often cover
- Scheduling and appraisal practice
- Breakage, transit, and works on loan
- Storage and hurricane preparation for collections
- Coverage for new acquisitions

Executives and families relocating
Property insurance markets differ sharply from state to state. A move from the Northeast to a coastal state such as Florida, for example, can mean percentage-based hurricane deductibles, separate flood coverage, roof and wind mitigation inspections, and a different auto insurance system arriving at once, often on a closing timeline.
Conversations often cover
- Insurability of a home before you commit to a purchase
- Coordinating a program for the new home with homes you keep elsewhere
- Moving vehicles, umbrella, and collections coverage to the new state
- Timing, so flood and windstorm are in place at closing
A-201.5 Advisors
Working with your advisors
Many of our introductions come through wealth managers, estate attorneys, family offices, and real estate professionals. With your permission, we are glad to work alongside them, whether that means coordinating coverage with an estate plan, reviewing insurance requirements in a purchase contract, or confirming how property held in a trust should be insured.
If your needs are more straightforward, our colleagues at Nymble Insurance can help.
