Citadel Insurance is a trade name of Nymble Insurance, a licensed insurance agency (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we handle information collected through citadel-insurance.com (the “site”). Discretion is central to how we work, and we collect only what we need to respond to you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
