01 Practice
A home on the water, a collection built over decades, a family with more to protect than a standard policy was ever designed to hold.
Citadel is the private client practice of Nymble Insurance, an independent agency based in Tampa. We work with a small number of households whose homes, collections, and exposures call for a more deliberate approach: valuing what you own accurately, understanding how a windstorm or flood claim would actually be paid, and closing the gaps between policies before they matter.
We begin with a conversation, not a quote.
02 Plan of defence
Protection is built in layers, like a citadel.
A significant household is rarely protected by a single policy. It is protected by several, each designed around the others, with no gap where one ends and the next begins.
- Dwelling & contents
Rebuilding cost appraised for the home you actually own.
- Scheduled collections
Art, jewelry, watches, and wine at agreed values.
- Flood & windstorm
Primary and excess flood, and a hurricane deductible chosen deliberately.
- Umbrella liability
Coordinated across every home, car, and vessel.
03 Schedule
The difference is in the details.
| Item | A standard homeowners policy | A private client program |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Dwelling | Built for the typical home, with limits and sublimits to match | Rebuilding cost appraised for the home you actually own |
| 02 Valuables | Jewelry, watches, and silver often capped at modest theft limits | Collections scheduled at agreed values, often worldwide |
| 03 Flood | Flood excluded; federal flood limits stop well short of an estate | Primary and excess flood designed around the property |
| 04 Liability | Liability limits that a single serious claim can exceed | Umbrella liability coordinated across every home, car, and vessel |
Coverage varies by insurer and policy form. Every program is subject to underwriting and the terms of the policy as issued.
